Along with Episode 79 today, we have two HUGE announcements.
On Saturday March 7, Don and Offie will be joined by the one and only Denzel 2AM to discuss music and current social and political issues. All of the boys from Upper Left were amazing guests so we couldn’t be more excited to have the man in studio for the day.
And on Friday March 20 we are thrilled to announce very first live podcast in collaboration with d’Vine Wines in our very own Kingston, Washington. Come down and join us for some wine, beer, food, and get a chance to share your opinion and ask some questions. Our entire goal is to bridge the gap between people and information. Help us by sharing your opinion and maybe we will all learn a thing or two. Thank you to everyone who has helped us make it this far.
On episode 79 Don and Offie reach into the grab bag and discuss the turning of vehicular tides and the importance of trusting your gut and doing what needs to be done (as well as safely and frequently checking your credit score), then the value in discussing opposing views in a healthy, constructive and correctly framed manner, the ethics and responsibilities that come with owning and carrying a fire arm. A story of how personal political views can collide with daily tasks like managing a business and how that is dealt with. One of many possible concerns with the Bernie Sanders healthcare plan leads into discussions of currencies, financial institutions as well as public education and how it might be improved or expanded. Updates on the 2020 Democratic primaries/ caucus’ with the first debate featuring Mayor Michael Bloomberg and how his campaign affects and changes the current Democratic process, and how the different candidates and their policies could stack up to President Trump. The idiocy that exists at The Young Turks and the candidacy of its founder. And in SPORTS!! possible locations for TB12, Brees returns for 2020 and Greg Olsen signs with the Seahawks.
Our theme song is written, produced and recorded by Upper Left.
