A “breakdown” of residential real estate acquisitions by large investing firms like Blackrock, the effects that is having on the housing market and ways to combat it. The make up of a winning/succeeding mindset including setting solid goals, being critical when you need to, making yourself uncomfortable and capitalizing on opportunities.
